Aimee Sell is a highly respected karate coach with extensive experience developing young athletes at regional and national level.

As England Young Lions National Head Coach, Aimee has worked with some of the country's most talented karate competitors and is passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.

 

Her coaching philosophy combines technical excellence with strong values of respect, discipline, confidence and personal growth.

 

Aimee has been training in Karate for over 25 years, competitively for 15 years and holds a 2nd Dan Black belt.

During Aimee's career she has represented the England Karate team internationally from age 14, achieving 2 WKF European Silver medals, 3 WKF European Bronze medals and a WKF World Championship Bronze medal.

 

Aimee is the only English Kata athlete to medal at all junior levels; Cadet, Junior and U21, at WKF European Championships.

Nationally, Aimee has won the English Championships 14 times and the British Championships 9 times.

Sensei Aimee is a WKF Accredited Coach, fully insured, First Aid trained and Enhanced DBS registered.
